Website Resilience

Some small business websites are remarkably profitable and earn their owners a tidy sum. Perhaps it's an e-commerce site, or an online magazine which does a nice little business off of advertising. The last thing you want is for the site to be down, or overloaded, for any length of time. It could be anything from an overloaded network from a Denial-of-service attack on the next server over to the whole datacentre going offline. These things happen (1, 2, 3) but that's no reason to expect your website to be unavailable.

We can set up a failover server or service that takes over the service when a certain threshold is reached. This can be anything from a holding page saying "Be right back!" to a resilient database-driven e-commerce site.

As every website has its own requirements we can't publish a standard schedule of rates for a service like this.
